These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the subscription-based services offered by Inovo Studios, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to any service, you agree to these Terms.
1. General Overview
- Our subscription services provide continuous updates, monitoring, and support to ensure optimal performance of your digital products and platforms.
- Multiple subscription options are available, each described below under Products and Subscriptions.
- Subscriptions are non-transferable and subject to these Terms.
2. Products and Subscriptions
2.1 Tribe Social Platform Updates
- Description: This subscription provides:
- Regular updates to the Tribe Social platform.
- Ongoing monitoring, support, and maintenance for apps on Android, iOS, and web platforms.
- Pricing:
- Monthly Plan: $1,950/month. Cancel anytime with no long-term commitment.
- Annual Plan: $19,950/year (20% savings).
- Intellectual Property:
- All intellectual property related to the Tribe Social platform remains exclusively owned by Inovo Studios, LLC.
2.2 Tribe Social Platform
- Description: This subscription includes:
- Unlimited groups and users.
- One custom domain or mobile app branded 100% for your organization.
- Hosting on our server and database.
- App releases on our developer accounts.
- Access to Slack support.
- Pricing:
- Monthly Plan: $2,995/month.
- Annual Plan: $29,500/year (save $5,990).
- Additional Terms:
- Features and hosting are subject to fair use policies.
- Apps will be released under Inovo Studios' developer accounts, with ownership of the code and intellectual property retained by Inovo Studios, LLC.
More subscription products will be added as they become available.
3. Billing and Payment
- Subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing cycle based on the selected plan (monthly or annual).
- Payments are non-refundable, except as specified under Cancellations below.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Monthly Plans: Cancel anytime before your next billing cycle to avoid further charges. No refunds for partial months.
- Annual Plans: Cancellations within the first 30 days will receive a prorated refund. No refunds will be provided after the first 30 days.

5. Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or posted on this page, and your continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property associated with our products and services, including but not limited to Tribe Social, is and remains the exclusive property of Inovo Studios, LLC.
- Subscriptions provide access to features and updates but do not transfer ownership rights to you.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our subscription services.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the preceding 12 months.
